The price includes:
Water, electricity, gas.
There is one set of bed linen for each room, one set of bath linen (hands,bidet and shower) and swimmingpool towels for a maximum of 14 guests. The change of linen is weekly.
Extra:
– Security deposit € 500,00
– Final cleaning € 300,00.
– Use of air conditioners. The air conditioners have a separate counter, the cost will be calculated on the basis of the rates of the company providing the air conditioning, without any charge to the property.
– Tourist tax 1,5 euro/day per person for a maximum of 4 days. Children under 14 years are exempt.
Check in e check out:
Reservations are from Saturday to Saturday. The arrival of guests is expected between 5 p.m. and 8 p.m. The departure within 10.00 am.
Prices for the week end
The house can be reserved for weekendsduring the months of May, June, September and October, from Thursday/Friday to Sunday evening.

If only the Casale Cabernet is reserved, the Vermentino annex will not be rented to other guests. There may be a member of staff who will not interfere in any way with your space but will be available for questions and advice. Casale Cabernet, like its garden, is independent and fenced and the pool is for its exclusive use.
